Play cooperatively
Fireboy and Watergirl 1: Forest Temple is best played in a two-player cooperative mode. Both characters are controlled separately by you and a friend. You must use these characters to overcome a variety of traps and tricky situations, collect gems, and reach the level's end.
Think creatively
Both characters have distinct advantages that you should take advantage of in order to progress through the level. The challenges in Fireboy and Watergirl become more difficult as you progress through the 30+ stages. To get through doors, up elevators, and over deadly green ooze, you'll need to use the characters together.
